Returns and Shipment
At MC Surfboards we are committed to producing the best boards we can to enhance your surfing experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase or the way your board has arrived in regards to shipment, please read the following and follow the steps. If you wish to return a board due to a fault, please email photos of the damage to sales@mauricecole.com within 48 hours of taking the delivery. We allow you up to 30 days to return the product(s).
Please Note:
- Returning surfboards must be unridden, with no wax or deck grip etc.
- There are no returns for custom surfboard orders, unless the product is faulty.
- Refunds or exchanges are not valid on any sale or discounted items.
Domestic and international
All shipping and handling costs will be quoted for each custom order. Maurice Cole Surfboards are available worldwide and costs will vary from country to country. As we manufacture boards in many countries we will source the best possible (safest and most cost effective) shipping and handling costs for each custom order.
