MODEL OVERVIEW
Maurice's mainstay performance design for small waves, built to replace anything fishy. It has won world tour events in Hossegor, Brazil and Aussie beach-breaks.
Roughly 1 to 2 inches shorter and ¼ to ½ an inch wider than a standard shortboard. It pairs with the ATM: ride the Mermaid in tiny waves and switch when it gets bigger, with a transition that takes a couple of waves, not days.

It gives you the float and glide people look for in a fish, in a board that still surfs like a performance shortboard. The extra width gets you over flat sections and the curve in the tail keeps the turns tight.
