The Twin Pin is a modern take on a magic board Maurice rode in the 80s, given to him by the great Dane Kealoha. He has kept the design simple and traditional, then added fluted flyers, hard edges nose to tail and fins moved up to 11" for a loose feel and a shorter turning radius.

The Twin Pin is designed for waves from 1 to 10ft. That is a wider range than most twin fins, which tend to run out of hold as the waves get bigger.

It is a dedicated twin fin. Maurice has moved the fins up to 11" from the tail, which works with the fluted flyers to shorten the turning radius.

It pairs the speed of a traditional twin with Maurice's Reverse Vee bottom: vee in the nose, to concave, to a slight vee in the tail. The fluted flyers and hard edges give the board a nice loose feel without giving up speed.
