Having battled inoperable prostate cancer for the last 9 months, I have finally been given a clean bill of health and thought I might share with you the message I received confirming that I was cancer free!
One of the greatest moments in my life………. and a building block for the future.
Life has a ironic way of getting us in touch with what we really need to be caring about. Well done. You’ve always been a fighter. Good to hear you’ve finally made it in from the cold.
Great to hear that you’re ok. It’s been a really long time since any of the old crew in Guincho had heard from you. We all still love you and we miss you a lot.

I am impressed. My son lives in Australia and heard about you and sent the link. Mark, my husband, had his prostate removed, and there is still a slight level of PSA, 0,6, which at first the doctor wanted to nuke with radiotherapy. Fortunately they held back, and I could use all the advice on how to work out a diet for him. This business of fruits with higher or lower levels of sugars confuses me as I cannot find any proper information. Could you help?
